Job Description
Supports all areas in the delivery of the IT services, and ensures all activities done by the on-field tech support team are well recorded and documented. Works together with all IT areas to continuously improve and upgrade techniques for IT assets configuration and follows a preventive approach to reduce incidents that negatively affect the business.


Responsibilities
Maintain an effective and efficient IT tech support service across the company.
Build strong relationships with internal customers & external partners
Ensure effective and robust procedures are in place for IT assets control, deploy, maintenance & support
Build & execute plans for all on-field preventive activities (stores & warehouses)
Understand business needs in order to recommend actions to prevent or correct IT incidents and problems

Requirements
Computer Science Engineer or equivalent degree – Required 
Minimum 5 years of experience as leader of IT teams and similar positions  
Strong technical knowledge in Operating Systems (Windows & Linux), Networks (LAN & WLAN), Collaboration tools (O365), and System utilities 
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal – English.
